Filming Guidelines for Students
Recording yourself during exercises is a crucial part of the feedback process. To ensure your videos are clear and useful, please follow the guidelines below:
Positioning: Ensure the camera captures your entire body during the exercise to allow a full evaluation.
Stability: Use a tripod or stable surface to prevent shaky footage.
Orientation: Film in landscape mode for a wider view.
Lighting: Ensure the room is well-lit. Natural lighting is preferred, but artificial lighting can work if evenly spread.
No Obstructions: Ensure no objects block the view between you and the camera.
Editing: Cut the video to only show the relevant parts of the exercise. Avoid including walking to or away from the camera.
Resolution: To aid upload speed, film in HD quality rather than 4K, especially when using a phone.
Name Submission: Include your full name in the submission form. This helps in automatically categorizing videos into student-specific folders.
Bulk Uploads: Feel free to upload multiple files at once or even entire folders for convenience.
Review: Before submitting, watch your recording to ensure clarity and completeness.
